20 Ways to Get More Traffic To Your Website

Traffic is the currency of the web. The more traffic your website has, the easier it will be to achieve your goal, be it to increase your revenue, to spread your ideas or  to simply connect with other people.

That is why I decided to give 20 ways you can use to increase your website traffic. Apply some (or most) of them consistently and your numbers will go up!

  1. Write and submit articles. Distribute quality, original articles that provide insight to your market.
  2. Write and submit press releases
  3. Encourage your readers to comment on your blogs
  4. Leave comments on other blogs
  5. Video Marketing
  6. Get involved in Social Networking (Linkedin, FaceBook, Twitter , etc)
  7. Submit your website to online directories
  8. Join forums
  9. Exchange Links
  10. Include your website URL in your email signature
  11. Use keywords in all of your image alt tags
  12. Create a free product that gives valuable information to your prospects
